MCQ Doctor is a professional assessment-development application for health professions education. It combines source-grounded MCQ generation with structured review of existing questions, while keeping the final academic and clinical decision with a qualified human expert.

The application is not an autonomous examination author. It creates or analyzes editable drafts, identifies item-writing risks, records faculty decisions, and blocks final exports until human expert oversight has been explicitly confirmed.

Core principle: AI assists; faculty adjudicate. Every exported bank remains the responsibility of the named reviewer.

It includes two operating modes:

1. Generate MCQs from sources: create single-best-answer MCQs, keys, and explanations from uploaded documents.

2. Analyze and improve MCQs: review an existing question bank and return editable, criterion-level recommendations.
